Under the auspices of the LuoManFei Dance Fund and the Taiwan Ministry of Culture, FLOOD / turn the tide was a community collaborative effort to create conversations about water by featuring local stories, experiences, and sites through events and performances in Hawai‘i, Myanmar and Taiwan.
